1. Entry Fee Refunds
At Free Fire India Arena (FFIA), we maintain a transparent transaction system. Refunds for tournament entry fees are processed based on the following timeline:
Full refund to FFIA Wallet if a team withdraws 4+ hours before match start.
No refund provided. Slots are locked to ensure lobby stability.
Once the Room ID and Password have been generated and shared with the team captain, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Match Cancellation Scenarios
In the event of technical disruptions, FFIA follows a strict protocol to protect player interests:
- Platform Cancellation: If FFIA cancels a tournament due to internal reasons, 100% of the entry fee will be refunded to your source payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Garena Server Failure: If Garena Free Fire servers experience a major outage during a match, the match will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, entry fees will be refunded.
- Insufficient Slots: If a tournament does not reach the minimum required participants, it will be cancelled automatically, and full refunds will be issued.
3. Dispute Handling
We take financial and competitive disputes seriously. All transaction-related queries must be submitted through the official FFIA Support Ticket system.
DISPUTE WINDOW
Players must raise a dispute within 24 hours of the transaction or match conclusion. FFIA administrators will review server logs and payment receipts. Decisions made by the FFIA Lead Moderator are final and binding.
4. Important Garena Disclaimer
As an official non-commercial partner, FFIA manages its own community treasury and prize distribution system. **Garena International and Garena India are not responsible for any refund claims, payment failures, or financial disputes arising from FFIA tournaments.** All financial liabilities rest solely with Free Fire India Arena.
